Perfectly seasoned and packed with old world Polish flavor, this is a recipe passed down from the Bobak family for generations. Made with select cuts of naturally smoked pork and a blend of old-world spices, it boasts a natural casing snap, and a light garlic note. Pork, Water, Deactivated Mustard, less than 2% of: Potassium Lactate, Sodium Diacetate, Salt, Sodium Phosphates, Dextrose, Garlic, Spices, Sodium Nitrite.
