The "Dirty Porker" Burger

So you think you tried it all, huh? This recipe is the holy grail for pork lovers. The burger's made with 1 smoked polish sausage link, topped with our 2 strips of our hunter smoked bacon and finished with some grilled onions and BBQ sauce (optional). If your mouth isn't watering from the sound of that, your probably not a pork lover or maybe you just pretend to be.

¼ lb. Bobak’s Polish Sausage , sliced thin 6-8 thin strips of Bobak’s Hunter Smoked Bacon, 1 tbsp. chives, thinly chopped 1 pkg. Hamburger buns 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced (optional) Barbecue sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Cook Bobak’s Polish Sausage with sliced onion in pan for 8 minutes, until its golden brown. Take cooked sausage and cut in half. Grab your buns and broil them for a 1-3 minutes until they are charred. Place both pieces of sausage on the bun.

Cook Bobak’s Hunter Bacon in pan on low heat, wait until bacon starts getting golden brown before you flip it. Once the Bacon looks glazed, place the bacon on a paper towel to soak up the remaining grease.

Place 2 pieces of bacon on top the sausage, add grill onions(optional) and close the roll.

You are ready to serve! Serve with creamy soup for an easy dinner!
