Sausage Brunch Breakfast Cake

Ingredients:
1 egg, slightly beaten ¾ c. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar (divided) 2 tsp. baking powder (divided) ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. nutmeg ¼ tsp. cinnamon 1 pkg. Bobak’s Breakfast Little Smokies
Cooking Instructions:
Combine egg, milk and butter. In a separate bowl, Mix 1 cup of flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg together. Stir in egg mixture just until moist. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Arrange sausages on batter.
Mix 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon together, sprinkle on top of butter. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until done, serve with syrup.
