BBQ Pork Shoulder

Tender, juicy, fall-off the bone pork shoulder glazed with BBQ sauce.


2-4 lbs. Bobak’s Perfect Little Butt 1 c. cornmeal salt & pepper to taste ½ pt. BBQ sauce 1 c. ketchup ¼ c. brown sugar ¹⁄3 c. onion, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions:

Slice Pork Shoulder ¾” thick.  Mix cornmeal, salt, and pepper and coat both sides of Pork Shoulder.  Put oil in a heavy fry pan and set on medium heat, lightly brown Pork Shoulder on both sides.

Mix together BBQ Sauce, Ketchup, Brown Sugar, and Onion, and spread 1 tbsp. on each slice of meat.  Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, serve hot.
