Jumbo Pork Frankfurters - #14401
Only the finest cuts of pork are selected for this Jumbo Pork Frankfurter! Mildly spiced to perfection. These family favorites have a real "snap" when you bite them.
Packaging:
2 -5 lbs. Pieces
Ingredients:
Pork, Water, Nonfat Dry Milk, Less than 2% of: Natural Flavors, Paprika, Salt, Deheated Mustard, Sodium Phosphates, Potassium Lactate, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Nitrite. Lamb Casing.
Cooking Instructions:
MICROWAVE: Place links in a shallow microwave safe dish. Add 1/2 inch of water. Cover. Microwave for approximately two minutes for 1 to 2 links; three to five minutes for 4 to 6 links. Remove, pour off water and let stand two minutes before serving. (Since microwave ovens vary, cooking times are approximate.)
GRILLING: To avoid splitting open, place links on foil with small amount of water until heated through. Remove foil and brown. When not using foil, turn links frequently (approximately 10 to 15 minutes). DO NOT PLACE COLD LINKS DIRECTLY ON HOTTEST SPOT OF GRILL.
PAN FRYING: Place links in a shallow pan with 1/2 inch of water and cover. Simmer and turn until links are heated though (approximately 7 minutes). To brown, pour off remaining water, remove cover, heat at medium until brown, turning links occasionally.





Garlic Sausage - #14402
Handcrafted the old fashioned way. One bite and you will understand why these sausages, that originated so long ago, are still around today.

We took everything you loved about our Premium Pork Frank, like the fresh pork and mild spices, and blew it up! We made these franks nearly twice the size of our standard so you have less bun to utilize for toppings, but let's face it this frank is so good you don't need much other than some mustard.

While we're called Sausageologists here at Bobak's, we also know a thing or two about a delicious Natural Casing Pork Frankfurter! We took mild spices and the finest cuts of pure pork like we use in our Natural Casing Pork Frankfurters and we created these little guys! They are perfect for appetizers, snacks, or a light meal! The kids just love 'em because they're little, just like them!

The best beef hot dog, right here. Bobak's Premium Beef Franks are the most tender and juicy 100% Pure Beef Frank you will find! We don't use fillers in these franks, that's a no-no, we wouldn't dare try and ruin something so great! These franks are in a natural casing so they have the traditional snap you expect from a frank.
