Bobak's Maxwell Polish Sausage
It all started back in the 1960s when the Maxwell Street market was in full swing.  Stan’s father Frank made his Maxwell Polish sausage and supplied it to the vendors in the scene. This became a launching pad for the birth of the Bobak’s brand. Experience the original style Maxwell Polish sausage with Bobak’s Maxwell Polish.  Premium cuts of pork and beef are combined with a secret family recipe of seven herbs and spices and then smoked in a natural casing for a truly delicious sausage. Top with grilled onions and a squirt of stone-ground or yellow mustard in a poppy seed bun for the classic Chicago experience. Add a few sport peppers for additional zest. Smacznego! as they said in the old country.
